DynamicK Posted May 21 Share Posted May 21 After watching a video where an owner got R springs fitted to his 987.1 S, I thought I'd try it out on my 987.2. Bought R springs from OPC. Problem came up when my mechanic was fitting them. Fronts seemed to be OK, but on the rears the spring was very short for the damper so when he put the top mount on there was no resistance on the spring it just flopped around, Wondered if anyone else had this issue, as I saw on a thread on here that a few of you have fitted R springs to your Caymans. Was there some other part that needs to be fitted with the R springs?? Any pointers appreciated. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
